WHY SHOULD I BOOK WITH YOU INSTEAD OF AN ONLINE BOOKING SITE, OR DIRECT WITH A RESORT?
With us at Exquisite Taxi and Tours, you get exceptional personal assistance before, during, and after your vacation. Budget is important and we strive to get your dream vacation within the budget you've set for it. There's no pressure to go above and beyond what you're comfortable with. You can't enjoy your vacation when you're stressed out about paying for it. We provide honest advice about all resorts and destinations to help you choose the perfect excursion for you.
Will I pay more for vacation if I book with your Company rather than if I book with another online booking site? (i.e Trip Advisor)
No. We have access to all the same pricing for resorts as the online booking sites do and we can price-match online booking engine pricing when comparing apples to apples. In many cases, we can find discounts and other promotional offerings that are not offered to the general public.
I require special accommodations because of dietary, mobility or other restrictions. Can you accommodate my needs?
We at Exquisite Taxi and Tours will do everything possible to accommodate your requests and needs. Please indicate on your reservation form your specific requests. The sooner that we know that you have a special request, the better we can prepare and accommodate. If you have any mobility challenges, we suggest you bring a travel-mate that can best assist you in the way that you need.

If you need assistance, we are happy to help. You can either email the Travel Consultant on your Quote or you can phone our Reservations department on +1 758-584-6116. Our office hours are Monday to Sundays at 8:00 am to 6:00pm (Eastern Caribbean Time). Outside of these hours we have staff processing bookings who are contactable available via email at contact@exquisitetaxiandtours.com
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will only be charged if the booking has been confirmed exactly as quoted. If we are unable to confirm your booking as quoted, you will not be charged.
I do not like entering my credit card details online, what are you doing to protect my intellectual property?
As secure delivery of your credit card information is essential, we use Secure Sockets Layer technology, and public-key security. During transmission of your credit card details, the encryption software will transfer your information from your browser to our server in an encrypted form that eliminates any possibility of the information being intercepted enrooted over the internet. You may advise credit details by phone; however, we do not recommend it. We also offer PayPal as an alternative payment method; it is easy to checkout using PayPal.
